Amendment requires every listed public company to specify the manner for effective evaluation of the Board, its committees and individual directors, allowing evaluations by the Board, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee or an independent external agency, and to review implementation and compliance; it also mandates website placement of the evaluation policy with salient features and changes disclosed in the Board's report, and rewords the grievance proviso to address "inability to resolve or consider any grievance."
