          <h1>Filing deadline removal under company law severs explicit time and additional-fee linkage for mandated filings.</h1> The amendment removes temporal and additional-fee references from the filing provision by deleting the phrase requiring filings to be made within the time specified under section 403 from the first subsection and deleting the phrase requiring filings before the expiry of that period with additional fee from the second subsection, thereby excising explicit linkage to prescribed time limits and the additional-fee mechanism.
