The amendment reduces the specified penalty under section 132, substitutes the Appellate Authority reference with the Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals in such manner and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, and omits sub-sections (6)-(9), removing the prior provisions governing appeals and related procedures.
