Beneficial interest in shares clarified as including rights to exercise share rights or to receive dividends directly or indirectly. A new provision defines beneficial interest in a share to include, directly or indirectly and whether alone or together through any contract, arrangement or otherwise, the right to exercise any or all rights attached to the share or to receive or participate in any dividend or other distribution in respect of the share.
