          <h1>Orders recognition expanded: section 410 now covers orders of the Tribunal or National Financial Reporting Authority.</h1> The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 amends section 410 of the principal Act by substituting the words 'orders of the Tribunal' with 'orders of the Tribunal or of the National Financial Reporting Authority', thereby extending the provision to cover orders issued by that Authority as well as those of the Tribunal.
