Agent delegation limits: an agent cannot delegate personal undertakings unless trade custom or the agency's nature permits a sub-agent. An agent is prohibited from delegating duties he has expressly or impliedly undertaken to perform personally, except where the ordinary custom of trade permits a sub-agent or where the nature of the agency requires a sub-agent to be employed.
