Necessaries supplied to incapable persons entitle the supplier to reimbursement from the incapable person's property under statute. Where a person incapable of contracting, or anyone whom he is legally bound to support, is supplied with necessaries suited to his condition in life, the supplier is entitled to be reimbursed from the property of such incapable person; illustrations include supplies to a lunatic and to his wife and children, each giving the supplier a right to reimbursement from the lunatic's property.
