Section 175 - Pawnee's right as to extraordinary expenses incurred

Pawnee's right to extraordinary preservation expenses: pawnee may recover such costs from the pawnor under the contract.

The pawnee may recover from the pawnor extraordinary expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred for the preservation of the goods pledged under the bailment/pledge relationship; such reimbursement attaches to the pawnor as liability for preservation costs that exceed ordinary custody expenses when incurred to protect the pledged property from loss or deterioration.
