Bailee mixing goods without consent liable to bear separation costs and damages; bailor retains property. If a bailee mixes the bailor's goods with the bailee's own goods without the bailor's consent and the goods can be separated, the parties respectively retain property in their goods, and the bailee must bear the expenses of separation and any damage arising from the mixture.
