Delivery to bailee: transfer of possession to the bailee or an authorized holder effects delivery and completes bailment. Delivery to the bailee is accomplished by any act that effects transfer of possession of the goods to the intended bailee or to a person authorized to hold them on the bailee's behalf; physical transfer or an equivalent act suffices to place the goods under the bailee's control and thereby completes delivery for purposes of bailment.
