Retention of pledged goods: pawnee cannot retain them for unrelated debts; contract for subsequent advances is presumed. Pawnee shall not retain goods pledged for any debt or promise other than that for which they were pledged; however, in the absence of contrary agreement, a contract securing subsequent advances by the pawnee is presumed, so later advances are ordinarily treated as within the pledge.
