Termination of bailment: bailee acts inconsistent with agreed conditions render the bailment voidable at the bailor's option. Where a bailee does any act with regard to the bailed goods that is inconsistent with the conditions of the bailment, the bailment becomes voidable at the option of the bailor; the bailor may elect to treat such inconsistent conduct as terminating the bailment and pursue available rights and remedies.
