Time for performance: promisor may tender performance during usual business hours at the proper place on the specified day. When a promise is to be performed on a specified day and the promisor must perform without application, the promisor may perform during the usual hours of business on that day and at the place where the promise ought to be performed; performance offered outside those usual hours at the proper place does not discharge the obligation.
