Revocation of authority: principal may withdraw an agent's authority before the agent binds the principal. Principal may withdraw an agent's delegated power at any time prior to its exercise so as to bind the principal, subject to any contrary provision in a preceding clause; revocation prevents the agent from creating obligations on the principal by acting under the revoked authority.
