Bailee's remedy against wrongful third-party deprivation allows bailor or bailee to sue for loss or injury. Where a third person wrongfully deprives a bailee of use or possession of bailed goods or injures them, the bailee may use the remedies the owner could have used if no bailment existed, and either the bailor or the bailee may bring a suit against that third person for the deprivation or injury.
