Benami property: benamidars prohibited from re-transferring such property; illicit re-transfers are void, limited exception applies. Section 6 prohibits a benamidar from re-transferring benami property to the beneficial owner or any person acting for the beneficial owner; any contravening re-transfer is null and void. The prohibition and nullity do not apply to transfers made in accordance with the specified provision of the Finance Act as preserved by amendment.
