Appellate Tribunal staff provided by Central Government; supervision by Chairperson and pay and service terms prescribed. The Central Government shall provide officers and employees to the Appellate Tribunal as it thinks fit; such staff shall discharge functions under the general superintendence of the Chairperson; and the salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees shall be such as may be prescribed.
