Benami property: procedural notices and documents remain valid if their substance conforms with the Act despite formal defects. Section 63 provides that notices, summonses, orders, documents or other proceedings under the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act are not invalid merely for mistakes, defects or omissions if they are in substance and effect in conformity with the Act's intent; this protection was inserted by the 2016 amendment.
