of <h1>Benami Transaction Cases Transferred to Adjudicating Authority or Appellate Tribunal Under New Rules</h1> All suits or proceedings related to benami transactions pending in any court other than a High Court, tribunal, or forum at the commencement of the Act are transferred to the Adjudicating Authority or Appellate Tribunal with jurisdiction. Upon transfer, the original forum must promptly forward all case records to the new authority. The Adjudicating Authority may then handle the case from the stage it was at before transfer, an earlier stage, or start anew, as deemed appropriate.
