of <h1>Administrator must take possession of confiscated property and notify possessors within seven days under relevant law</h1> When a property is confiscated under the relevant law, the Administrator is required to take possession of it. The Administrator must issue a written notice within seven days to any person in possession of the property, directing them to surrender it. If the person fails to comply or if immediate possession is necessary, the Administrator may requisition police assistance to forcibly take possession. Police officers are obligated to comply with such requisitions.
