of <h1>LLP Liquidator Rejects Creditor's Claim; Creditor Has 21 Days to Challenge Decision Under NCLT Rules</h1> The liquidator of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) has issued a notice rejecting a creditor's claim against the LLP, either in full or partially, specifying the grounds for rejection. The creditor is informed that they have 21 days from the date of receiving this notice to apply to reverse or vary the decision, subject to the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) discretion to extend this period. The notice also includes a provision for claims made by workmen or employees, which may be communicated through a suitable statement to the representative who lodged the claim.
