The payments were made in Indian currency obtained by converting foreign exchange received from foreign tourists. The form required details such as the name and address of the service provider, license number from the Reserve Bank of India, payment details, and information about the foreign tourists and the foreign exchange transaction. This form was omitted as per Notification No. 83/2021 dated 29-07-2021.
