Production capacity certificate for amalgamated companies requires verification of attainment and continuance of prescribed production levels. Prescribed certificate for an amalgamated company to report, through its principal officer and an accountant's verification, the particulars of the amalgamated and amalgamating companies, the date of amalgamation, installed production capacity, and whether the amalgamated company achieved at least 50 per cent of the relevant production capacity. The form also records whether the prescribed production level has been maintained in subsequent years up to five years from amalgamation, and requires a declaration by the principal officer that the particulars are true and correct.
