Customs declaration requirements demand listing specified controlled goods categories and other statutory declarations on Form XII for incoming goods. Form XII prescribes customs declaration requirements for specified controlled goods: it requires form, weight and value entries for gold and silver; type and quantity entries for arms and ammunition, explosives, narcotics and psychotropic substances, and radio-active material; and a catchall field for any other declaration required under the Customs Act or other law in force, following regulation 6.
