of <h1>Regulation 6 requires Form-XII declarations for arms, explosives, narcotics, and more; amendments removed 'dangerous drugs.'</h1> Regulation 6 of the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 mandates that declarations for specific cargo types, including arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, psychotropic substances, gold, silver, and radioactive materials, must be submitted in Form-XII for import, export, transhipment, or as same bottom cargo. If a vessel does not carry any of these specified cargoes, a nil declaration is required. Amendments in 2019 removed 'dangerous drugs' from the list and updated the form submission process.
