Official use certificate: postal imports must be declared as for official use and not sold without prior concurrence. Certificate attesting that goods imported by post parcels are intended for the official use of a Mission, Consular Post or Trade Representation and that such goods shall not be sold or otherwise disposed of without prior concurrence of the Central Board of Revenue and without payment of applicable Customs Duty; includes designation of residence or office use, a Schedule for parcel particulars, and signature and official seal of the Head of Mission or authorised officer.
