of <h1>Customs Form H: Five-Year Valid ID Card for Broker Employees Signed by Deputy or Assistant Commissioner</h1> The Identity-cum-Authority Card, known as Form H, is issued under customs regulations to an employee registered with a customs broker. It includes a photograph with the signature and seal of a Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs. The card is valid for five years from the issuance date or until the customs broker's license is canceled, whichever occurs first. It contains the employee's specimen signature, the name of the customs broker, and the customs station. The card is signed and sealed by the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs, with the photo provided by the customs broker.
