Vesting management with resolution professional was recorded through Form P14 under the pre-packaged insolvency framework. Form P14, before its omission, was the prescribed application for vesting the management of a corporate debtor with the resolution professional under the Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process Regulations, 2021. It was addressed to the Adjudicating Authority and recorded the committee of creditors' decision to vest management with the resolution professional, with reasons for that decision and attachment of the committee of creditors' meeting minutes.
