of <h1>Monthly Form LIQ-1 reporting after liquidation public announcement u/reg 12, mandating debtor particulars and 10th-day filing deadline.</h1> Form LIQ 1 prescribes monthly submission of specified particulars of a corporate debtor in liquidation after a public announcement under Regulation 12 of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016. It requires reporting the corporate debtor's name, CIN/LLPIN, industry/sector, process email ID, whether active business operations existed on the liquidation commencement date, and the date of the public announcement (auto-populated). Where a public announcement is not made or is delayed, reasons must be stated. The form must be digitally signed or e-signed by the insolvency professional and filed on or before the 10th day of the subsequent month, operationalising periodic compliance reporting post-announcement.
