It records that a declarant has filed a declaration of undisclosed income, on a specified date, and sets out a table determining assessment year-wise undisclosed income, eligibility under the scheme, tax, surcharge, penalty, and total amount payable. The designated authority directs the declarant to pay at least 25% of the payable sum by 30 November 2016, 50% (less earlier payment) by 31 March 2017, and the balance by 30 September 2017. Failure to pay as scheduled renders the declaration void.
