Confirmation order under section 233 makes an approved merger or demerger scheme effective after member and creditor approval. Form CAA.12 records confirmation that a proposed scheme of merger, amalgamation, transfer or division of undertaking, having been approved by members and creditors in accordance with the requirements of section 233, is confirmed and shall become effective from the stated effective date; the approved scheme must be attached and the order authenticated by signature and seal.
