of <h1>Notice Issued to Regulators on Proposed Scheme Under Section 230 of Companies Act, 2013; Submit Responses in 30 Days</h1> Notice is issued to the Central Government, Registrar of Companies, Income-Tax Authorities, Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Stock Exchanges, Competition Commission of India, and other relevant regulators regarding a proposed scheme of compromise or arrangement under section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013. A meeting of the company's members and/or creditors will be held as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal. Representations concerning the scheme must be submitted to the Tribunal within thirty days. If no representation is made within this period, it is assumed there are no objections. Copies of the notice and scheme are enclosed.
