Customs Broker licence: non transferable authorisation requiring approved representatives, prompt duties, loss reporting and regulatory renewal. License for Customs Broker (Form B2) authorises the named person or firm to transact customs brokerage subject to conditions: the license is non transferable; the licensee must hold and produce authorisations from each principal represented; transact business personally or through an approved employee or designated person; report loss immediately; perform duties with speed and efficiency; comply with the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018; and the license is valid for ten years and renewable under the Regulations.
