of <h1>Section 49: Central Government Can Prosecute Individuals Linked to LLP Offenses; Cooperation Required from All Partners and Employees.</h1> If a report under section 49 indicates that an individual associated with a limited liability partnership or another investigated entity is guilty of an offense, the Central Government may prosecute the individual. All partners, designated partners, employees, and agents of the limited liability partnership or entity must assist the Central Government in the prosecution to the extent reasonably possible.
