of <h1>LLPs Must Maintain Registered Office for Legal Notices; Non-Compliance Fines Range from 2,000 to 25,000.</h1> Every limited liability partnership (LLP) must maintain a registered office for receiving communications and notices. Documents can be served to the LLP or its partners by post, registered post, or other prescribed methods at the registered office or any declared address. An LLP can change its registered office location by filing a notice with the Registrar in the prescribed form and manner. Non-compliance with these provisions results in fines ranging from two thousand to twenty-five thousand rupees for the LLP and its partners.
