of <h1>LLPs Must Appoint New Designated Partner Within 30 Days of Vacancy Per Section 7(4) and (5) Provisions</h1> A limited liability partnership (LLP) must appoint a new designated partner within thirty days of a vacancy. The provisions of sub-sections (4) and (5) of section 7 apply to the appointment of this new partner. If no designated partner is appointed, or if there is only one designated partner at any time, all partners will be considered designated partners.
