of <h1>Clause 74: Penalties for LLP Act Offences Without Specific Punishment Range from 5,000 to 5 Lakh Plus Daily Fines.</h1> Clause 74 of the Limited Liability Partnership Bill, 2008, establishes penalties for offences under the Act where no specific punishment is prescribed. Offenders are subject to a fine ranging from a minimum of five thousand rupees to a maximum of five lakh rupees. Additionally, there is an ongoing penalty of fifty rupees for each day the offence continues beyond the initial day of default.
