of <h1>Partners Can Request Investigation Under Clause 44 of LLP Bill 2008 with Evidence and Possible Security for Costs</h1> Clause 44 of the Limited Liability Partnership Bill, 2008, allows partners of a limited liability partnership to apply for an investigation. The application must be supported by evidence as required by the Tribunal to demonstrate a valid reason for the investigation. Before appointing an inspector, the Central Government may require the applicants to provide security, in a prescribed amount, to cover the investigation costs.
