Application for investigation must be supported by evidence and may require security for investigation costs.

Applications by partners for an investigation must be supported by such evidence as the Tribunal may require to show good reason for the investigation, and the Central Government may, before appointing an inspector, require applicants to give security for payment of the costs of the investigation in such prescribed amount.
