Minimum number of partners: sole partner continuing business beyond six months becomes personally liable for partnership obligations. Every limited liability partnership must have at least two partners; if the number falls below two and the partnership carries on business for more than six months while so reduced, the sole partner who knowingly continues the business alone is personally liable for obligations incurred during that period.
