of <h1>Clause 70 of LLP Bill 2008: Increased Penalties for Repeat Offences, Including Potential Imprisonment and Doubled Fines.</h1> Clause 70 of the Limited Liability Partnership Bill, 2008, addresses enhanced punishment for repeated offences by a limited liability partnership or its partners. If a second or subsequent offence is committed, the responsible party may face imprisonment as stipulated. For offences where a fine is applicable, either alongside or instead of imprisonment, the penalty will be doubled compared to the initial fine for the same offence.
