<h1>Central Government Can Address Issues in LLP Act Implementation; Power Limited to Two Years Post-Commencement</h1> If any difficulty arises in implementing the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, the Central Government is authorized to issue orders to address such issues, provided these orders are consistent with the Act. This power to issue orders is limited to a period of two years from the commencement of the Act. Additionally, any order made must be presented before each House of Parliament as soon as possible after its issuance.
