Record destruction: Registrar permitted to destroy filed physical or electronic records under prescribed rules and procedures. The Registrar is empowered to destroy any document filed or registered with him in physical or electronic form, provided that such destruction is conducted in accordance with rules prescribed to govern the circumstances and manner of disposal.
