of <h1>Limited Liability Partnership Must Rectify Filing Defaults in 14 Days or Face Tribunal Order and Possible Costs</h1> If a limited liability partnership fails to comply with legal requirements to file returns or documents with the Registrar, or to amend or resubmit documents as requested, and does not rectify the default within fourteen days of receiving notice, the Tribunal may order the partnership or its partners to correct the default within a specified time. The order may also require the partnership to bear all related costs. This provision does not limit the application of other legal penalties for such defaults.
