Rejection of registration applications: Board must provide an opportunity to be heard and give written reasons promptly. Where an application under regulation 32 does not satisfy regulation 35, the Board shall reject the application after giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard, and shall communicate the decision in writing within thirty days stating the grounds for rejection.
