of <h1>Application Under Regulation 33 Must Be Complete; Incomplete Applications Rejected but Can Be Rectified Within 30 Days</h1> An application under Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, must be complete and adhere to specified instructions in Form F of the First Schedule. If incomplete, the application will be rejected. However, the applicant will receive written notice to address objections within thirty days. The Board may extend this period if deemed necessary to allow the applicant to rectify the issues.
