Application completeness: incomplete or nonconforming filings may be rejected but applicants receive time to cure defects. Applications in Form F that are incomplete or do not conform to required instructions may be rejected; before rejecting, the Board must give written notice of objections and allow the applicant thirty days to remove them, and the Board may extend that period if it deems further time necessary.
