Annual fee obligation for registered depositories requires payment of the specified fee each financial year in accordance with the schedule. A depository granted a certificate of registration under regulation 7 must pay the annual fee specified in Part A of the Second Schedule in the manner set out in Part B; an amendment requires payment within fifteen days from the beginning of each financial year.
