of <h1>Depositories Must Pay SEBI Monthly Custody Charge Percentage Within 15 Days, Certified by Chartered Accountant Per Second Schedule.</h1> A depository is required to pay a percentage of the annual custody charges it receives from issuers to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) within fifteen days after the end of each month. This payment must be made as specified in Part A of the Second Schedule, and in the manner outlined in Part B. Additionally, the depository must submit the details of the remittance along with a statement of the computation of annual charges, which must be certified as correct by a chartered accountant.
