Securities Appellate Tribunal staffing: central government to provide officers whose service terms and supervision are prescribed and overseen. The Central Government shall provide officers and employees to the Securities Appellate Tribunal; such officers and employees shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the Presiding Officer; and their salaries, allowances and other conditions of service shall be prescribed.
