Securities Appellate Tribunal creation: central government to establish by notification and define its jurisdictional and territorial scope. The Central Government shall, by notification, establish the Securities Appellate Tribunal to exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred on it by or under this Act or other law, and the notification must specify the matters and places in relation to which the Tribunal may exercise jurisdiction.
