Finality of orders: consumer forum decisions remain final in absence of an appeal under the Act. Orders of a District Forum, State Commission or National Commission under the Consumer Protection Act are final and conclusive if no appeal has been preferred against them under the Act, making the decision operative and restricting further challenge to the appellate remedies provided by the statute.
